Stamps are now $0.39. Which I personally find a bit pricey. And Postcards are only $0.27. Now...I put a $0.37 stamp on my postcard. And this crazy lady, who works the front desk in the builing I live in, insists on returning the postcard and demanding an extra $0.02 on my postcard. Now last I check, tampering with someone's mail is a federal offense. Secondly, demanding money is the government's job.
